  • We are not liable for defects or damages arising from misuse, neglect, alterations by you, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Our total liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid under the agreement; we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
